How can I personalise a specific product?

We carry a wide range of personalised products. Leave us a note during the checkout that you wish the product to be personalised to suit your requirement.

What is your turn around time?

Our turnaround time is about 7-10 days plus post for any order within Australia. The turn around time for outside Australia would be 10 -14 days plus post.

Can I make an urgent order?

Absolutely no problem. We will try our best endeavour to work the things out for you

Is there any size limitation?

We generally make the product up to size 600mm x 300mm. But we can discuss further if there is bigger size required to be made.

Can I request for a refund?

Yes. Please refer to our refund policy.

Can I use my own design?

Most certainly, send us your file and we will make it for you.

Is local pick up available?

Yes. Local pick up is available unfortunately it is only available in Western Australia at this stage.
